How do I reset my d2l password?
Reset it yourself using this link https://spr.cssd.ab.ca/- you will need your student ID number - or ask in the chat box.
How do I contact my teacher or teacher advisor?
If you are unsure who your teacher is you can always check "classlist" in d2l and your teacher, including for your TA, will be listed as "instructor" for that class. It is better to email teachers using their "cssd" accounts, teacher emails are firstname.lastname@cssd.ab.ca

What do I do if most of my course is on google sites or google classroom and I can't get in?
This is likely because you are not logged into your learn account when you click on the course link. Most of the courses are reserved for users with learn accounts.
How can I see my courses for the whole year?
Your parents can access your full schedule on PowerSchool. This link explains how to make an account and log in.

You could also request an electronic copy of your schedule be emailed to you by asking in the chatbox.
